Crafted by wizardry, magic, chemistry and gluttony Lou’s Brews and Sosij Ltd have teamed up to make the shwiftiest collab in town. 

We were fascinated by the idea of a sausage that’s a pickle or a pickle that’s a sausage, so we made it happen!!

Ingredients: Cucumber, Apple Cider Vinegar, Fermented Jalapeno, Onion, Garlic, Sugar, Salt, Dill, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Mustard, Celery Seed, Fennel, Bay Leaf, Clove and Xanthan Gum
