We make some really crazy stuff, based on dishes that we all know and love.

In fine dining a chef usually bases a dish on around about 5/7 main components, separating different flavour and texture profiles, once combined they tantalise your taste buds and work in unison together. 

We do the same with our sausages..

we cure, pickle, smoke our ingredients, make our own fire roasted stocks, dehydrate our spent veg and fruit trimmings to turn into powders, we extract natural colours from vegetables and herbs to really make our sausages pop with colour, all our spice mixes are hand blended and we only use the finest and freshest ingredients for our sausages. 

All of this takes time so we make small batches to ensure that the consistency is always bang on. 

Limited stocks of everything once uploaded , if it’s sold out then it may not return for a few months. 

But fear not, other incredible flavours will always be next!
