By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.


1. Delivery Area & Minimum Order

  • We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only.
  • The minimum order value for courier delivery is £30, exclusive of the courier fee.

2. Order Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all contact and delivery details are accurate at the time of ordering.
  • This includes full name, address, phone number, and email address.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

3. Dispatch & Shipping Schedule

  • Orders are typically dispatched every Wednesday & Thursday.
  • However, we may also dispatch orders on other weekdays depending on our schedule and operational requirements.
  • If you require delivery for a specific date or occasion, you must inform us at the time of ordering. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, this cannot be guaranteed.
  • You will receive a shipping notification once your order has been processed and dispatched.

4. Delivery & Liability

  • Once shipping notification has been issued, it is the customer’s responsibility to make any necessary delivery arrangements directly with the courier.
  • We do not accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery has been completed.
  • If a customer is not available to receive their delivery and the parcel is left unattended:
  • We cannot accept responsibility for any spoilage, damage, or loss.

5. Temperature-Controlled Shipping

  • All items are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging with ice packs to maintain product quality during transit.
  • While every effort is made to ensure products remain frozen:
    • In some cases, items may begin to partially defrost during transit, particularly during warmer periods.
    • As long as products are still cold or partially frozen upon arrival, they are safe to refreeze.
  • During periods of unusually hot weather, there is an increased risk that products may defrost in transit.
    • By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
    • We cannot accept liability for temperature-related changes caused by external weather conditions.

6. Product Availability & Substitutions

  • Due to the nature of our products, some items may occasionally be unavailable.
  • Where necessary, a suitable replacement product will be provided.
  • Please note:
    • Some items are limited or one-of-a-kind, and exact replacements may not always be possible.

7. Damaged or Faulty Goods

  • If you are not satisfied with your order due to damage or fault:
    • We can offer a refund or replacement, subject to review.
    • You will be required to provide photographic evidence of the issue.

8. General Returns Policy

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless goods are damaged or faulty upon arrival.
