Have you ever fancied trying to make your own sausages?

Are you ready to embark on a culinary adventure that will turn you into a master of the dark arts of sausage making?

Bought as a gift or for yourself, you are able to come to Sosij HQ to create your very own artisan sausages using a wide range of ingredients and take home what you make afterwards.

All the meat you will work with is selected by us and comes from our fantastic suppliers. We source ethically reared, locally farmed animals.

The course is a half day workshop where you will go through the basics of sausage making.

What to expect:

  • Seasoning your sausages
  • The importance of choosing the right cuts of meat for a sausage
  • Filling the sausages
  • Sausage linking/tying
  • Sausage best practice cooking and smoking methods

The Course also includes the opportunity to taste your creations cooked over fire!

Courses typically run for around 4 hours.
