After years working as a chef in professional kitchens in the UK and abroad, my philosophy is simple: source the best, respect the ingredient, and deliver the extraordinary.

We are using higher welfare Suffolk Red / Duroc pigs from Dingley Dell Farm which are bred specifically for their amazing marbling.

We then gently smoke the sausages with hardwood before fully cooking them meaning we have done all the hard work for you , no splits or bursts, just pure juicy flavour delivering exactly what we say you're going to get.

No preservatives, no artificial ingredients, no shortcuts, just a serious BBQ statement – a tribute to heritage and high quality ingredients.

Note: These sausages are fully smoked and arrive frozen for maximum freshness.
