COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Defrost thoroughly before use.

Fan Oven: 170°C for 20 minutes (flip halfway)
Air Fryer: 160°C for 7 minutes (flip halfway)
Grill: Medium heat, direct over coals, keep turning until internal temp reaches 75°C.
Smoker: 130°C for 30 minutes.
