An old Wagamama dish , I loved this on cold days going to work and having a cup of this as I did my management checks.
Essentually it’s a spicy curry with reduced coconut milk, curry powder, shrimp, lemongrass, galangal and ramen noodles.
(normally it’s garnished with bean sprouts and cucumber but I didn’t favour those ingredients in a sausage)
Ingredients: British Pork Shoulder, Atlantic Jumbo Prawns, Shrimp Paste, Lemongrass, Galangal, Birds Eye Chilli, Reduced Coconut Milk, SOY Sauce, Chicken Stock, Palm Sugar, Fresh Coriander, Curry Powder, Toasted Coconut, Atlantic King Prawns, Fennel Seeds, FISH Sauce, Sweet Paprika, Roasted Garlic, Kaffir Lime Leaf, Red Thai Curry Paste (SHRIMP), Lime Zest Powder, Cracked Black Pepper, Ramen Noodles (WHEAT), Sea Salt, Preservative - E221 (SULPHITES), Hog Casing.
