Defumado Street Food and Catering

At Defumado Street Food we use fire and smoke to cook our dishes to bring the best out of the ingredients used.

We only use ethically farmed, locally sourced meats and seasonal ingredients.

(Occasionally depending on the events we also use imported meats such as South American Beef (Rump Cap - Picanha) making the dish as authentic as possible.)

Whether you are looking for delicious Burgers, Handmade Artisan Sausages, Pulled Pork, Texas style Smoked Brisket, Sweetcorn roasted over embers or even tasty smoked Vegan Tacos we can fulfil for all your needs.

We cater for any occasion - Brunches, Office Parties, Weddings and Birthdays.

Typically we run the operation from an outside kitchen but depending on the size or type of event we may need to hire equipment in to help us.
