COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
IF FROZEN DEFROST THOROUGHLY BEFORE USE
FAN OVEN:
170c for 20 Minutes
(Flip Half Way)
AIR FRYER:
160c - 7 Minutes
(Flip half way)
GRILL:
Medium Heat
Cook direct over coals, keep turning until internal temp reaches 75c
SMOKER:
130c for 30 Minutes
