Sai oua is a Northern Thai sausage, is a spicy, pork sausage from the Chiang Mai region of Thailand, with a rich punchy blend of fragrant herbs, spices, and chillies.

The aromatics from this sausage are incredible and the flavour is something everyone needs to try, best cooked grilled over flame and served with sticky rice.
