Chicken Caesar Sausage

Gone to town on this one … 

Chunks of Smoked Chicken, Smoked Bacon, Marinated Anchovies, Roasted Garlic, Parsley for little bit of colour, Lemon Zest, Aged Parm AND Pecorino Cheese because we feeling bad with this one and you can’t have a Chicken Caesar without the SAUCE!! 
The Caesar Dressing is inside the sausage (please rest the  sausages for a couple of minutes before consumption) 

I can’t believe I made this, I can’t believe it worked! 

Chicken Ceasar Sausage:

Ingredients: Free Range Chicken Thigh, Free Range Chicken Breast, Smoked Bacon, Roasted Garlic, Anchovy (FISH), Aged Parmesan (MILK), Parsley, Milk Powder (MILK), Pecorino Cheese (MILK), Egg Yolk (EGG), White Wine Vinegar, Gelatine, Worcestershire Sauce (FISH), Onion Granules, Lemon Zest, Olive Oil, Sea Salt, Cracked Black Pepper, Sourdough Breadcrumbs (GLUTEN), Tapioca Starch, Preservative - E221 (SULPHITES), Natural Hog Casing.
