So this one means a lot to me, a traditional Scottish breakfast favourite enjoyed by generations of my family growing up and now I’ve made this in their honour. 

Enjoy in a buttered roll or as part of a fry up.

Fry in a pan for maximum crispy edged deliciousness.

Using dry aged beef for maximum flavour this is a personal favourite for breakfast!!
